Amadeo P. says, "Ordered an item via the webshop which is powered by YOOX SPA, payed a total amount of 543 euros to YOOX SPA, but never received confirmation or an order number. Meaning? They stole my money. Customer service is terrible, they have no idea what is going on and are not willing to help. I highly recommend you to not order here if you do not want to be a victim of fraud."

"I ordered 2 items (a bag and a pair of shoes) and because the total reached a certain amount, I was charged tax for them, which I accepted. They canceled the shoes without telling me ahead of time, and proceeded with the sale of the bag. But the tax they charged was for BOTH the shoes and the bag! I\'ve returned the bag with the assurance that they will refund the cost of bag along with the tax they collected. Now they\'re refusing to refund the tax. Mind you, this is tax for both the bag and shoes--the sale of the shoes did not even push through because they cancelled it themselves. WHAT A SCAM."

"Ho lavorato all' imballaggio e prelievo. Le colleghe che avevano iniziato con me erano simpatiche e le tutor brave. Purtroppo il lavoro è pesante perché stai in piedi sempre con delle scarpe anti infortunistiche che ti spaccano i piedi e dal punto di vista psicologico è alienante. Fin dal primo giorno ti incitano ad esaltarti per il numero di pezzi che fai, richiedono un minimo di 50 pezzi prelevati ed imballati all ora cioè ritmi da paura senza climatizzazione, già dopo 10 minuti di lavoro abbiamo le magliette bagnate dal sudore. La cosa che non capisco è come la maggior parte delle colleghe siano gratificate dal numero di pezzi che fanno, perché non è un lavoro creativo e non vieni pagata in base ai pezzi. Molte caporeparto sono rumene e parlano con le colleghe rumene nella loro lingua cosa che trovo maleducata e non prefessionale cioè se siamo in tre e io sono italiana non puoi parlare con l altra in rumeno e davanti a me che non capisco, siamo i italia e le istruzioni me le dovresti dare in italiano Cons: Esaltazione per il numero dei pezzi, ritmi assurdi senza aria condizionata"

"This job was absolutely the worst place to work and if I had another place to work this is the last option. Management has a serious case of favoritism and I clearly wasn't on the favorite list. The coworkers there are extremely not genuine and extremely rude. I don't recommend this place."

"Orari pesanti su turni con occasionali notturni, dal lunedì al venerdì anche se chiedono spesso di fare i sabati, magari dopo il turno della sera senza possibilità di recupero. In alcuni periodi dell'anno sono obbligatori. Hanno la banca ore, quindi non tutto è pagato come straordinario. Ambiente pesante, non tanto fisicamente (diversamente non può essere, è quasi una fabbrica), ma psicologicamente. Troppa pressione sui pezzi che devono essere raggiunti senza avere adeguata formazione e strumentazione, che è vecchia e poco funzionante. Se fossimo pagati anche in base ai pezzi, magari sarebbe più stimolante... non si è persone ma numeri che fanno pezzi. Tutor e responsabili, anche se non tutti, messi lì sono a fare terrorismo e ansia. Non sanno fare i leader. Team inesistente, troppe persone ostili che fanno dispetti e cattiveria gratuita agli altri. Le pause sarebbero utili se non si perdesse tempo per uscire e passare i controlli, e se ci fosse una zona ristoro per i dipendenti. C'è una saletta chiamata mensa ma di mensa non ha nulla se non 2 frigo e qualche microonde, qualche tovagliolo magari. I bagni spesso sporchi e fetidi. Forniscono scarpe anti infortunistiche scomodissime che torturano piedi e schiena, quindi tutti se le comprano di tasca propria. Temperature elevate in quanto assente aria condizionata in più zone, c'è solo qualche ventilatore, ma si tende a rubare pure quello. Lavorateci solo se ne avete strettamente bisogno e appena avete modo, andate via per qualcosa di migliore. C'è tantissimo lavoro da fare per migliorare le cose, spero che se ne occupino. Non è"

"They pay $15 an hour for a creative job and then think $600 is a good annual raise. Also remember they are hourly and a person in Saudi Arabia just bought 40% of the company so most likely will out source all jobs in USA. Bad salary, and don't promote, just dangle it in front of you so you work hard. Only apply and accept a job here if you are desperate. Cons: Bad salary, bad raises, won't promote, not a place to work long term"

"This company is all about Management. All they are concerned about is themselves. The actual workers are petty pawns. The raises for maximum work is via cents. So this is not the place to retire at. This company allows for employees to express themselves in a racial format to each other. There is a lot of favoritism with the company. Basically the hire then fire so they don't have to give you a raise. Which is not much as I have mentioned. The training is way different once you start actually working. The pay schedule sucks. Every other month you only get paid for 30 hours but work 4 days. Cons: Management, Racist, Pay, Unsophisticated"

"Sono stato assunto a tempo determinato con la possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, una cosa che mi hanno specificato era che non assumevano parenti, amici e così via, peccato che conoscendo pian piano tutti i dipedenti, per la maggior parte fossero tutti imparentati, ovviamente a tempo indeterminato e amici/conoscenti. Sono stato spostato in vari settori a svolgere varie mansioni, per poi essere spostato a svolgere la mansione di manutentore (per via della mia esperienza in informatica/elettronica), mi dissero che mi avrebbero insegnato a sistemare vari problemi. Ovviamente così non è stato, sono stato utilizzato come tappa buchi e alla fine sono stato lasciato a casa. L'azienda in sè non è male, ma è gestita veramente male, tra orari e settimane lavorative improponibili (in un mese mi è capitato di lavorare 10 giorni di fila fino allo sfinimento), vietatissimo parlare con i colleghi, anche se di lavoro non se ne trovava manco cercandolo, però intanto i capi reparto passavano il tempo a parlare tra di loro. Se volete farvi un favore, non prendeteli neanche in considerazione per un impiego. Cercate altro, in giro si trova di meglio. Cons: Stipendio, orari lavorativi, gestione dell'azienda."

"They make you go through many interviews and once they are satisfied they call you with the congratulations talk. Then they push you to hand in your notice before they give you a 2 week training. They expect you to get 85% in your training, this result changes every year."

"Until you need to return an item, you may think theoutnet are great company. I have ordered before New Year two sizes of jeans. One pair fitted me well, and another I filed for return by DHL which is the only courier option offered. DHL collected the parcel on 30 Dec and returned back the same parcel on the 1 Jan! I had two calls with customer care since and they promised to come back to me with the invoices to enable another return collection. No response from them at all and also they don’t respond the email query on the same. I am not going to keep £100 worth jeans which don’t suit me. First of all, I was not aware that they are ordering the jeans from Italy!!! If I would know in advance, I would not order in the first place in this Brexit/Covid climate. They did not provide enough information and warnings in advance of order in regards the potential issues with parcel service starting 2021. Now they dont take responsibility for the returns!! If Theouthet wont act in the next days, I know other people who order from theoutnet often, so I will warn them and encourage to not not order anymore due to a risk of refund issues"

"Terrible experience. I agree with others that, the return service is a nightmare! I gave 1 star because the items I got are amazing quality. I have to return 2 dresses that don't fit me at all, so I requested a return, packed the items nice, filled out the forms (they required to sign 3 copies but only provided me to, do they expect everyone to have a printer at home to print the 3rd one?), booked a collection with DHL and pasted the return label on the return parcel. The parcel and the forms were collected by DHL this morning, but in the evening, I got a text from DHL that the parcel will be sent back to me tomorrow! How could they mess up the destination even if I have pasted the return label on the parcel??? Everyone in DHL is too busy to pick up my call or return a text or reply my emails. If I can't stop DHL from sending the parcel back to me, that means, as a person without a printer, I MUST KEEP THE 2 DRESSES THAT DON'T FIT ME because there is no way I can return them now! I also agree that the customer service on the outnet is not helpful at all: 1) the advisors do not speak proper English 2) they don't seem to care and the best they can say is "contact DHL" and "print your own invoice" (when I clearly asked them "I don't have a printer, can I hand write it?"). ((Update 15 Jan)) I got in touch with DHL and was told that the parcel is returned to me because there is one invoice missing! On 13 Jan I actually chat with the outnet about this issue and the response I got was "Certainly, you may hand over 2 copies and DHL should be able to take it back to use without any issues." I still have the chat transcript. Seriously? They didn't give me all the documentations needed so I can never return things?"

"I would provide no stars if I could. Ordered a leather cardholder as a gift. It arrived with scratches to the front. In order to be able to provide gift in time, I had to re-order, express delivery, and then arrange a separate return. Communication from the Outnet during this process was virtually non existent, despite repeated emails on my part. However, I arranged collection of the faulty item through their website, and packaged in accordance with the instructions received on their generic returns email, indicating that 3 copies of the pro forma invoice were to be signed and handed to the driver, and return label to be placed on sealed package. The following day, to my surprise, I received both my new item and my old item! It transpires that one copy of the invoice should have been placed in the box, and 2 copies handed to the driver. Not at all as stated on the Outnet’s email. As I am working from home, I have no printer access to print the label and invoices that they are now supposedly resending, for attempt no 2. Appalling service. I shall never use again!"

"I would rate zero stars if I could. Unethical company - stealing duties and taxes systematically from clients. When returning items I realised that the return was short hundreds of euros so asked the customer service about this. No reply for days. 6 emails later, I have still not received my invoices! I was told that duties and taxes are not refunded to customers outside the EU - including Switzerland. When you order, you pay the duties and taxes to Outnet directly, who pay they at the border. When you return the items, these are refunded to the Outnet and they do not send it back to customers. This means Outnet are pocketing government duties and taxes. THIS IS THEFT. Jessica, their Customer Care Consultant sent NO APOLOGY for the lack of clarity, lack of responsiveness and for stealing my money. If I was aware that hundreds of pounds would be missing from my returns, then I would have never ordered several sizes. In fact, if I had known that the Outnet steals money from clients I would have never ordered from them. Disgraceful. The worst online retailer I have come across in my life. (this review relates to several orders)"

"My husband purchased gifts for myself from this website the trousers are too small and so is the jumper I have sent 2 emails and have tried to speak to someone on the live chat without much luck to ask how I return as when i try to generate a return it tells me that it is out of the 28 days never mind the fact the their website states that they have extended their returns policy up to the end of Jan 2021 my Husband has spent over 500 pounds on this website Customer service is just not good enough stay away if you don't want to stress yourself out writing numerous emails and spending half you day on a phoneline that is never answered!!!!"

"I have been a customer for many years without problems. I recently had to return an item which was collected by DHL on 29 Dec. I was surprised to then receive the parcel back a week later without explanation as to why. After many calls to DHL and The Outnet, it seems to be something to do with Brexit and/or Covid. Apparently you have to hand over three copies of a returns invoice to the driver upon collection which was not explained to me. I am now trying to get a return number from the Outnet in order to be able to return the parcel. Despite several promises I have still not received it and the order is being collected again tomorrow. Outnet, can I please have a return number urgently. My order no is 2612ZRU1C2001H"

"I've been shopping from The Outnet for many years and realize they're a bit of a scam. They charge 28% duties and taxes on your purchase! This rate is higher than the actual applicable rate. The way to get around it would be to ask proof of actual duties & taxes payment from The Outnet and ask to be reimbursed for the balance. 28% means if an item costs $390, they charge you $500. Most companies give buyers the option to assume duty and tax but not The Outnet. With those margins, no wonder shipping is $10. Amazon reimburses the difference when the duty charges estimated are higher than actual rate paid. 28%!"

"It is amusing to shop for high price luxury items, even if they are at high discount, from a company incapable of sending your order. Of the 4 times I order, 2, I didn't receive the items I pay for. Today it is just too much and a never again, as I received a dirty, broken box with items worth almost £500 ordered by a lady in another country. My order seems to be on they way back and they wont be able to send it to me. I spend my time looking for things I wanted, and later I spend more time with customer representatives trying to figure a way to return it. I am giving 2 stars because they customer service is actually pleasant and efficient. I can only hope one day the people in charge of delivery become efficient as well."
